About the event

Learn how to display your catch, using ink on fine Japanese fibre paper. We learn how to make the print, then colour the print with pencil or watercolours to bring your print alive.

The workshop will provide you with a quality print ready to frame, with all materials provided.

Nicola is a visual artist and owner of Wildbark Studios, specialising in representations of the natural world. With a career as an art teacher for 20 years Nicola looks forward to sharing two workshops with you during the festival. The first, Bush Botanicals, on the 5th January followed by a Gyotaku Fish printing experience on the 6th January.
